Feeling lonely because Rito is always spending time with Lala, Mikan storms out of the house. While Rito and Lala are out looking for her a few flashbacks from the past, showing Rito and Mikan as kids, are shown.

Episode 03: Welcome to the Southern Resort!!
Haruna wins an island resort trip for ten females. Rito gets turned into a dog by one of Lala's inventions and somehow ends up on the island as well.

Episode 04: Trouble Quest
Rito and the girls become trapped inside an RPG game where the objective is to save Lala and defeat the evil witch Kyouko.

Episode 05: Nana and Momo
Lala's sisters cause mischief for Rito and his harem at a cherry blossom viewing.

Yami and Yui confront with a senior, causing Yui to lose her panties.

Mikan finds Peke taking snapshots of new clothing while shopping. Suddenly, a stranger steals her bag.

But to make matters worse, Naota's world is totally turned upside down when he is run over by a woman on a Vespa. During their first encounter, she hits him over the head with her guitar, which then causes a horn to grow out of his forehead. She calls herself "Haruko" and her presence changes Naota's life to even further insanity.

A scan of Jump SQ's September issue, to be released on August 4, revealed that the fifteenth volume of To LOVE-Ru Darkness will bundle a new OVA, which will be released on January 4. Consisting of two episodes, the OVA will run for a total of 25 minutes. One episode, titled Ghost Story Kowai no wa Ikaga (How about something scary?), will adapt a side-story from volume nine. The second episode, titled Clinic Sunao ni Narenakute (Without becoming obedient), will adapt chapter 38.

Reverberation — At Umesato Junior High Kuroyuki calls for a student council meeting, due to certain incidents happening on the school network: Students are being trapped in the network after school and their avatar's clothes and items are stripped. Apparently these are the acts of a skilled hacker. Now it is up to Kuroyuki, Chiyuri, Haruyuki and Takumu to set a trap and catch the culprit.

Vacation — Haruyuki's eating habits are getting the better of him. He desperately needs to shape up in two weeks, to avoid the school's mandatory health-improvement program. Failing to do so would mean he could no longer participate in the territory battles. Thus Chiyuri decides to enforce Haruyuki's brutal fitness regime... since that fails, a visit to a hot springs to improve physical constitution with mixed-gender bath is Haruyuki's last hope.

Kaito watches the reel showing Ichika being too self conscious being filmed. Remon gives her an alcoholic drink to get inspiration for the screenplay, which she gets from Ichika's uninhibited behaviour. While Ichika is sleeping off the effects. Remon pours some of the alcoholic drink for Kanna and Mio, resulting in more wild behaviour which Remon films. The test reel finishes and Kanna, Mio and Tetsuro turn up at Kaito's house with fireworks and sparklers. The friends reminiscence about old times.

In Eve no Jikan, The Three Laws of Robotics are held above all else in a world where android housekeepers have become commonplace. Although they look human, they are treated the same as lesser technology such as toasters and alarm clocks. Not everyone feels this way, however. Android sympathizers, known as "android-holics," have been labelled as heretics and problematic members of society.

Rikuo Sakisaka was raised to believe and uphold society's tenets about androids, and is perfectly aware they are not human. Then one day, he finds abnormal data in his family android's activity logs. This leads him to a café that has only one rule that its clientele must follow: there must be no discrimination between humans and androids inside. Curiosity drives Rikuo to discover more about this strange place and its regulars, even though he has no desire to befriend machines.

It's the running gag of Ben Johnson episode where animation staff reuse the New Years footage; Yorozuya would sit around the kotatsu eating a bowl of tangerines. They discuss elaborate subjects, Shinpachi complains about reusing animation footage, and then Gin-chan always ending the gag with a pointless announcement.

Called "Session XX: Mish-Mash Blues," a compilation of clips from previous episodes, it aired on June 26, 1998 on TV Tokyo. The episode was never released on DVD. In it, the characters provide a philosophical commentary and end with the words: This Is Not The End. You Will See The Real "Cowboy Bebop" Someday!
