The governor of Tokyo receives a threatening letter. Shortly after, an explosion rocks the new subway line — but luckily, Conan’s quick thinking prevents any casualties. Knowing they may not get so lucky again, Conan launches a full investigation that leads him to a strange, snowy mountain town.
