Historically, 72% of all the deaths in London are related to dragons, fantastical beings invisible to the majority of the people. While unknown to most, some people have been standing up to these dragons.

Only inhabitants of Reverse London who live in the hidden "reverse" side of London can see the dragons. Even then, only a selected few become qualified enough as witches or wizards to make direct contact with them.

The protagonists of the story are witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole. They are protection agents for Wing Bind (WB), an organization for dragon conservation and management. Their mission is to protect and manage the dragons within London on behalf of the people.

The July issue of Shueisha's V Jump magazine revealed that the Dragon Ball Heroes game series will get a promotional anime. The anime will depict the story's "Prison Planet" arc from Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission. The anime's "first episode" will get an advance screening at the "Super Dragon Ball Heroes Universe Tour 2018" tournament event for the game at Aeon Lake Town in Saitama prefecture on July 1.

The first anime Blu-ray Disc features brand new stories, including a story with Momoka titled "Futari no Amanojaku" (Their Perversion), a story with Sora titled "Tenkuuji Sora no Nichijou" (Sora Tenkuuji's Everyday Life), and a story with Maihime titled "Jinruisou HERO Keikaku" (The Hero For All Mankind Plan).

The second will feature a brand new story centering on Shiko and Moena.

This is a story of a guy who transmigrates into the scum villain of one of those harem xuanhuan/xianxia novels.
